Dreamgirls Productions
Dreamgirls Productions was founded by Christine Jones. She has been promoting stepping on a large scale for 9 years. She started out with the group Unique Connections which consisted of 3 men and 2 women. Christine saw a vision with a larger opportunity to take the group to a higher level. The members of the group did not share the vision as Christine did. She co-founded a group called The Ladies of Unique and asked the other lady to join her in this vision. She and Christine as partners were able to draw more people with one being aggressive and the other being charming which made a great combination for both of us. Then we asked DJ Steve Breeze to join us as our Permanent DJ and the rest was history. Since then we have added four gentlemen Daryl, Greg, Harvey, Tall Paul to compliment us ladies. Christine then saw a bigger picture than the one she saw 8 years ago and decided to resign from the Ladies of Unique Connection and form the group Dreamgirls Productions which consist of Christine, Naomi, Sandy and are still able to hold on to to the support of our following with DJ Steve Breeze and the Gentlemen of the group we are able to move our following from one venue to the next. The Dreamgirls loves to keep their venues fresh so that we don’t burn out our following with the same venue all the time. We believe if you host your crowd with respect and let them know how important they are to us that without their support their would not be no us that you all are the key to our success and we appreciate your continued support wherever we host our venues at. We are proud to be apart of the 1st Chicago Stepper’s Convention in history.
